Reviews and Ratings
I had an amazing time at this hotel. The location is perfect, within walking distance to numerous restaurants and in the vibrant Georgetown neighborhood. The rooms are very clean and up to date, and the service is super kind, making me feel truly at home. The dining experience was comfy and cool, although some additional menu options would have been nice. The hotel's facilities were top-notch, providing everything I needed for a comfortable stay.
The hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms, although clean and comfy, seemed a bit tired compared to a previous visit years ago. On the bright side, the service was top-notch with kind and responsive staff. The location was perfect, near the river and surrounded by fantastic shopping and outstanding restaurants.
My 4-day stay in the West Wing of the Ritz was a delightful experience. The rooms, though starting to show some wear, were still comfortable and well-equipped. The service was impeccable with a staff that genuinely cares about making your stay special. The location is perfect, close to many restaurants and attractions. However, the dining options were a bit pricey, and the room decor could use a touch-up.
